Mark was a founding Partner of leading communications consultancy Buchanan Communications. Experienced Director of communications with a 25 year history of success in creating and executing meaningful campaigns. Skilled in reputation management, corporate profile development, financial and investor relations advising most sectors.
Tim has over 25 years experience in Corporate and Financial Communications and Investor Relations, mostly with international communications groups. Prior to that Tim worked at the Financial Times. Tim has co-ordinated and implemented campaigns for PLCs and corporates in the UK alongside most of the world’s financial markets.
Additional experience involves advising over 50 IPOs , crisis management situations and mergers and acquisitions, acting for both the defence and bidder. Tim’s experience covers a broad range of sectors including technology, consumer and natural resources, having managed FTSE100, FTSE250 and AIM clients. Tim spent six years in the British Army as a helicopter pilot.
Fergus is a sector specialist in technology and new media, with significant operating experience in both the US and EU following his work at WPP owned Buchanan. His public company experience includes AOL (NYSE, acquired by Verizon Communications), Criteo (NASDAQ), Gannett (NYSE, publisher of USA Today). His growth company experience covers Meebo (acquired by Google), Federated Media (acquired by LIN Media, now Media General).
Fergus is an active investor in venture backed business and is also a devoted mentor for London & Partners’ Business Growth Programme (accelerator).
During a career in public relations and advertising as a consultant, working in-house and as a freelancer, Andrea has come to specialise in corporate communications advice and management for business, financial institutions and professional services.
A fast changing media landscape has brought exciting opportunities and new communications techniques to the industry, but the principles governing effective corporate communications remain consistent she believes. Flagstaff’s nimble, surefooted m.o. is key to ensuring the sharpest focus on successful client service, a goal she’s seen missed sometimes by weightier, more cumbersome operations.
Patricia is an established team leader in publishing, advertising sales, marketing and digital integration with experience across all media, including magazines, digital, TV, press and editorial content provision, alongside luxury brand marketing.
A strategic thinker, Patricia is used to setting and achieving targets, conceiving and executing new revenue streams, event management, and new product development. With particular strengths in creative sales and communication, she’s adept at negotiating complex cross-platform contracts with global brands at senior levels.
An expert in investor relations and financial communications, with a 20 year track record and particular specialism in strategic messaging, investment case development, analyst and investor perceptions work, IR website and factsheet content, investor targeting, best practice and IR team training.
Ally has advised many Eurotop 300 and mid-cap European and Middle Eastern companies, using her skills across a wide range of sectors including food retail, luxury goods, oil services, industrial gases, chemicals and real estate. She has worked on IPOs including Credit Lyonnais, Libertysurf and in the aftermath of that of Moleskine, the Italian luxury stationery company, establishing new targets, recalibrating investment messages to regain investor confidence and training management for an inaugural Capital Markets Day. Elsewhere in broader retail, she has advised LVMH and Groupe Casino, one of France’s leading food retail groups.

Senior Director of Communications & Marketing with strong creative and strategic flair from inception to implementation with over 25 years’ experience in the consumer industry working on a cross-section of luxury accessory, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands as well as senior management publicity and profile building. A talented storyteller and brand builder with extensive media and industry contacts across broad-spectrum fashion and lifestyle press, digital platforms, creative talent and industry leaders. Intuitive management style and strong commercial awareness. Client advisory work includes Procter and Gamble, Jimmy Choo, Smythson , Disney and The British Fashion Council. Emma started her career at M&C Saatchi.
Catherine has an MBA in finance and trained as a lawyer. She has worked as a producer and reporter for numerous channels including ESPN, Sky, Al Jazeera, the BBC and Channel 4. She also runs a real estate company, continues to work in TV and write.
Anna provides Flagstaff’s clients with a full range of creative services and marketing communications. These include branding, design, copywriting, corporate collateral, website design and social media management. Anna’s client experience includes startups, FTSE 250 and AIM listed companies.
